Youth Conference this Weekend
Dear Fide-o-ites,
Please pray for the youth of Murrieta Valley Church. We are taking them to a Youth Conference hosted by Reformed Baptist Church Riverside (CA) held on the campus of California Baptist University. I will be the speaker; please pray for me.

How did the conference go? My two oldest did not attend for the first time in years but amny of their friends were there.
I was one of the youth from Nevada. It was a great time, and I know God's presence was there. Thank you so much for preaching there and putting so much passion into it.
The conference went great! I had the most fun I have had in a long time. Robert Elliott is a trip... I love working with that guy. He truly understands the concept of having a youth conference.
The youth were the best collectively I have ever been around. They paid attention through all of the sessions, participated in the games, and had great attitudes in the midst of 108 degree heat.
On Sunday we all went to Reformed Baptist Church of Riverside (CA) for three worship services and a Bible Study. When Robert and I arrived at 8 AM we found that a transformer had blown on the street and there was not electricity, thus there was no AC. It was going to be 110 degrees that day.
You may have heard of corporate worship, corporate singing, and even corporate prayer. But that morning we had corporate fanning... just like in the days before AC!
It actually were the best sessions we had all weekend in my opinion.
We brought about 20 youth from our church and they are already looking forward to next year!
That's great! I was there a few years ago and experienced the same.
